Changing product images and other media on the 22-inch vending machine

This guide shows you how to change the product images and other media such as advertising videos or the background directly on your vending machine.

What you need:

  • USB stick
  • Image editing program (we recommend Canva, which is very easy to use)

Change advertising video/image (located above the product images on the sales screen):

USB-Stick vektographik

1. prepare the USB stick.

Save the new product images or media that you want to change on your vending machine to a USB stick.

2. connect the USB stick to the vending machine.

Open the vending machine and connect the USB stick with the new pictures/videos to the mainboard of the Android Cloud Management System.

Backend-Anschluss

3. log in to the backend of the vending machine.

Log in to the backend of the vending machine and then proceed as follows:

  1. Click on Information Settings.
  2. Activate the Standby advertisement display option.
  3. Navigate back to the main menu and then click on Logout in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Then click on File Explorer.
  6. Open the previously connected USB stick in File Explorer.
  7. Copy the image or video you want to use for your vending machine.
  8. Now open the folder called TCN-Folder in File Explorer. It is located on the SD card on which the vending machine software is located.
  9. Now click on the VideoAndImageAd folder and delete the existing files in this folder. Now paste the previously copied files.


4. shut down the vending machine.

Now switch the vending machine off at the off switch and wait approx. 30 seconds until you start the vending machine up again.

Change background image:

The procedure for changing the background image is the same up to step 3. Proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the backend.
  2. Navigate to the main menu and then click on Logout in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Enter your password and then click on File Explorer.
  4. Open the previously connected USB stick in File Explorer.
  5. Copy the image you want to use as the background image for your vending machine.
  6. Now open the folder named TCN-Folder in File Explorer. It is located on the SD card on which the vending machine software is located.
  7. Now click on the ImageBackground folder and delete the existing files in this folder. Now paste the previously copied files.

Now continue with step 4.

  7. Now click on the ImageGoods folder and delete the existing files in this folder. Now paste the previously copied files.
Now continue with step 4

Backend-Anschluss

5. assign images to the products

After you have restarted the vending machine, proceed as follows:

  1. Log back into the backend.
  2. Now click on Slots management.
  3. Select the product for which you want to change the product image.
  4. Scroll to Picture of Goods.
  5. Now select the new product image .
  6. Confirm your selection.
  7. Finally, click on Confirm.
