Nayax Self-Onboarding

Registration with Nayax is now fully digital via the Nayax self-onboarding portal – no form required. You create your account yourself, sign the contracts online and activate your device directly in the portal.

Start Nayax self-onboarding https://onboarding.nayax.com/o2a_de/
ℹ️ Note on processing times at Nayax:
Applicants holding a Russian, Ukrainian or Belarusian passport are currently experiencing longer processing times during verification/compliance checks. Please allow extra time from the start in this case.

What you need for registration

  • Nayax serial number of your device – required for verification
  • Company details & bank account for payouts
  • Proof of business registration
  • ID of the authorised signatory

Don't have your serial number yet? No problem – you can start the onboarding as soon as you know it.

How onboarding works

  1. Open the portal

    Open the self-onboarding link: onboarding.nayax.com/o2a_de

  2. Create your account

Register yourself and create your Nayax account. For verification, enter the Nayax serial number of your device.

  3. Sign the contracts digitally

Contract signing is done directly and fully digitally. You can check your contract status via the link at any time.

  4. Activate your device

Once the contract is confirmed, you activate your device yourself – no waiting. Choose the right option: MDB, MDB Always Idle or Pulse. Nayax technical support is happy to help with activation.

  5. Set up your user

Finally, set up your user – done. Your device is now enabled for card payment and telemetry.

Already a Nayax customer?

As an existing customer, you also use the self-onboarding link to activate additional devices. Simply enter the e-mail address and phone number registered with Nayax – this is how you are identified as a customer.

Which activation option is right for you?

  • MDB – standard for most vending machines with an MDB interface
  • MDB Always Idle – for machines where the terminal should always be ready
  • Pulse – for devices with a pulse interface (e.g. amusement machines, washing machines)

Not sure? Ask us or Nayax technical support – we are happy to help.

Nayax is one of two telemetry options. You can find an overview of all options under Telemetry Onboarding. Only one telemetry system can be active at a time.
