Adjusting the levels of the vending machine and adjusting the lift height
What you need:
- Phillips screwdriver
- pliers
- Dexterity
1. lock the clamps upwards.
To be able to pull the level out of the machine like a drawer, you must lock the clamps (one on the left and one on the right) upwards as shown in the picture.
You can then pull the level out of the vending machine as far as it will go.Disconnect the vending machine from the power supply now at the latest.
2. disconnect the cable.
After you have pulled the level out of the machine, you must disconnect the cable located at the back right of the level. The black nylon-sheathed cable is attached to the level with 2 cable ties. These two cable ties must be carefully loosened with pliers. You can then remove the level completely from the machine by lifting it slightly at the front.
3. release the rails.
As with a drawer, there is a rail on the right and left that guides the level. Both rails are each secured with a Phillips screw. Unscrew these using a screwdriver.
You can now remove the rails.
4. set the rails to the new height.
The rails can now be set to the new height. There are vertical rails with holes at the front and rear on both sides into which the rails must be inserted.
5. screw the rails back into place.
Once both rails are at the correct height (make sure that the levels are parallel to each other), you can screw them back on.
6 Reinstall the layer.
Now you can reinstall the level. To do this, lift it slightly at the front (as shown in the picture) and then carefully push it back into the rails.
7. reconnect the cable.
The previously disconnected cable must now be reconnected.
Adjust the lift height.
After you have changed the height of the levels, you must reconfigure the lift if your machine has a lift. Otherwise, it will always move to the old positions.
1. navigate to Lift Setting.
Reconnect your vending machine to the power supply and then navigate to Lift Setting.
2. layer steps.
Click Enter after "Lift Setting" is highlighted in color and then press 6 to navigate to Layer Steps.
3. navigate to Unit 2.
4. navigate to Unit 1.
Now navigate to Unit 1 again and then click on Enter. You will now see different numbers for each level. These numbers indicate the position to which the elevator travels.
Now it's time to fiddle around. Click on Enter to change the value (here in the picture the value for layer 1) and then type in a 4-digit number and confirm with Enter. The lift will now move to the corresponding position. As soon as the lift moves to the optimum position, you can move on to the next layer.
