Arrange product compartments differently.
Depending on the dimensions of the products in your vending machine, it may be necessary to adjust the arrangement of the product compartments to ensure that the products are dispensed correctly and do not get stuck or damaged.
What you need:
- Dexterity
1. disconnect the machine from the power supply.
2. open the vending machine door.
Unlock the vending machine and open the vending machine door.
4. pull the drawer out of the dispenser.
As soon as both clamps are in the correct position, the drawer can be pulled out of the dispenser. (If the drawer is pulled out of the dispenser as far as it will go, it will tilt slightly downwards to make refilling easier)
5. remove the product dividers.
The dividers between the individual product compartments are each secured with two clips. These clips are located on the underside of the drawer.
The clip at the front must be pushed towards the rear wall of the vending machine. Pull the rear clip towards you.
Once you have released both clips, you can remove the divider.
6. move the spirals.
Depending on the size of the products to be placed in the individual product compartments, you can now adjust the horizontal position of the individual spirals.
To do this, pull the transparent split pin out of the respective spiral. (In the picture, the dividers have not yet been removed; you should have already done this).
You can now move the spiral and motor to the left or right. As soon as you have found the correct position for the spiral, you can reinsert the split pin. (Here it may be necessary to move the spiral unit back and forth 1-2 mm to hit one of the holes provided with the split pin).
7. reinstall the partitions.
Done.
You have now changed the division or arrangement of the product compartments. The procedure for joining product compartments to operate them with a double spiral is very similar. We will also be publishing instructions on this soon.
