Shipping Costs & Process
- Machine Costs €239.00 net (flat rate per unit) on wooden pallet. Accessories calculated via UPS at checkout.
- 📞 Telephone Notification We usually book a telephone advance notice. You will be called to coordinate the delivery date.
- 🚛 Curbside Delivery Unloading is not included. Important: Please ensure that a pallet jack is available at the delivery location.
🔄 Returns & Withdrawal (B2B)

No statutory right of withdrawal for businesses
The offer of VENDY1 is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs, businesses, and legal entities in accordance with § 14 BGB (German Civil Code).
A statutory right of withdrawal or return, as granted to private consumers under distance selling regulations, is expressly excluded for B2B purchase agreements. Placed orders and pre-orders are binding.
Exception: Transport Damage & Defects. If a device shows transport damage upon delivery, our warranty conditions naturally apply in full. Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
