Here you get an insight into the Nayax tool: From onboarding and legitimation to costs and telemetry systems.
What does the Nayax Management Suite offer?
1 Onboarding
We take care of this for you! We act as the intermediary between you and Nayax. Simply send us the following details:
- Name of your business
- Billing address
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Position in the company
- Email address
- VAT ID number
As soon as we have your data, we will transmit it to Nayax. Nayax will then contact you promptly for legitimation.
2 Legitimation
Due to banking and tax regulations, this step is required by law. Please also check your spam folder regularly for emails from Nayax.
Required documents (Scan):
- ID Card (Front & Back)
- Bank Statement (IBAN & Name visible)
- Business Registration
- Partnership Agreement (if applicable, e.g. GbR/GmbH)
Note: In the case of multiple shareholders, documents are required from each person.
3 KYC (Know Your Customer)
In this step, you fill out the necessary forms and contracts concluded between you and Nayax.
Nayax then checks all data for accuracy. Once everything is correct, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your contracts are active.
