Instructions for mounting the wall bracket

What you need:

  • Drill
  • Cordless screwdriver
  • Socket wrench set or ring spanner set
  • Drill bits (ideally metal drill bits and masonry drill bits)
  • Spirit level
  • Cross line laser (optional)
  • Pencil or other pen for marking
  • 2x hexagon head screw M10 x 60 or M10 x 80 or bolt anchor (e.g. Fischer Faz II)
  • Suitable dowels (for M10 x 60 screw, a 10mm dowel with 80 mm length should be used. For M10 x 80 screw, a 10 mm plug with a length of 100 mm should be used. When using a bolt anchor, no dowels are required).
  • 2x M10 washer
  • 12x M3 screws (the length depends on the respective machine. If you want to be on the safe side, you should choose long screws (e.g. 50 mm), which can then be shortened).
  • 12x M3 lock nuts

1. disconnect the vending machine from the power supply.

Disconnect the vending machine from the power supply.

2. mark the holes on the vending machine.

Hold the wall bracket against the back of the vending machine and mark the 6 holes. You should use a spirit level to ensure that the wall bracket is straight.

One wall bracket is mounted on the left and the other on the right, making sure that both brackets are parallel to each other. To ensure this, you can either use a cross line laser to help you indicate the exact height on both sides, or measure the position of the holes on the left side precisely and then transfer these distances to the right side. This will ensure that both brackets are mounted at exactly the same height and parallel.

3. drill holes in the machine.

Once you have marked all 24 holes (2x 12), you can drill holes in the back wall of the vending machine using a drill. Use a 4mm metal drill bit for this.

4. mount the wall brackets on the vending machine.

Now screw the wall brackets to the back of the vending machine using the 12 M3 screws and the corresponding nuts.

5. slide the machine against the wall.

Once the wall brackets have been fitted to the vending machine, you can slide the vending machine back onto the wall.

6. mark the holes for the mounting rails.

Once the vending machine is back on the wall and the wall brackets are in place, you can insert the two mounting rails as shown in the picture. It is best to use a ladder to reach the wall brackets. Then mark the position for the drill holes on the wall on both sides.

7. drill holes in the wall.

Drill holes in the wall at the two marked points using a 10 mm masonry or concrete drill. Then insert the dowel into the hole until it is flush.

8. attach the wall bracket to the wall.

Now use the washers and the two M10 hexagon head screws to mount the wall brackets to the wall using the mounting rails.

Your vending machine is now secured to the wall and can no longer tip over or be easily stolen.
