Go to Blog Article

2. Login & Check
Log in to the Nayax Core Portal. Check under Operations -> Machines -> "Search" if your machine is listed (Nayax usually handles this for you).

03

We will now set up the name, location, and security.

3.1 Set Location & Name

  1. Click on Operations and select Machines.
  2. Click on Search.
  3. Select your machine on the left.
  4. Go to the General Info tab and change the data (Name & Location).

Finally, click on Save Info.

3.2 Change Machine Password (Important!)

Set Up Machine

Place the machine at its final location before filling it. This saves effort. Once it is in place and has power, you can set basic things like the language on the display.

05

Create Products

For telemetry to work, Nayax needs to know what you are selling.

Fill Machine

Now it's time for the goods. Please observe the following points when filling to avoid malfunctions:

⚠️ Vendy1 Pro Tips:
  • Correct Coil: Do product size and coil match? Don't squeeze anything!
  • Sorting: Sort by product type (drinks at the bottom, chips at the top) for good optics.
  • Mind BBD: Always put goods with short shelf life at the front (First-in-First-out).
  • Don't Overload: Leave the products some "air" so they fall cleanly.
09

Synchronize Stock

Now we bring the physical filling together with the digital product map.

  1. Open the Product Map in the portal.
  2. Enter the number of the product compartment (e.g. 11, 12) in the "MDB Code" column.
  3. Enter the exact quantity you filled in under "Fill Level".
  4. Set "Missing" to 0. The stock under "On Hand" will now update automatically.

Final Test Purchases

Do not leave the location without testing! Only then can you ensure that everything works.
