Our specialists offer you a free consultation to clarify all your questions. You can also use our Academy for free, where most questions are answered in advance.
Why are you cheaper than other sellers?
Our machines are newly manufactured in Asia, which allows us to save costs. The modules used correspond to those of European manufacturers.
Bureaucratic Information
Am I required to register a business?
Yes, you must register a business. However, this is not very complicated – simply contact your local trade office.
What are the legal requirements?
According to §14 Para. 3 of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO), registration at the location of your main office is required.
Can I operate a vending machine alongside my full-time job?
Yes, you are allowed to do this, but you must register a business and inform your main employer. Also, check tax regulations and potential contractual restrictions.

Can I finance the machine?
Yes, simply contact us via email or phone.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes approximately 14 weeks, sometimes faster.
Does my machine have a warranty?
Yes, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Defects can be claimed within 12 months; after that, the reversal of the burden of proof applies.

Where do the machines come from?
Our machines are manufactured at the headquarters of the largest vending machine manufacturer in Asia.
What material are the machines made of?
The machines are made of high-quality sheet steel, comparable to European standards.
Vending
How loud is the machine?
Our machines with cooling have a noise level of under 70 dB.
Can I program the machine myself?
Price and age verification settings can be made in the machine's menu. Everything else is pre-programmed.
What temperature should be set?
We recommend 10–12°C for snacks and 8°C for drinks. By default, we set it to 6°C, as recommended by the manufacturer.
