Choose & start your telemetry system

To operate your vending system, you need to activate telemetry (remote management & status monitoring) with one of our partners. Only one system can be active at a time – so pick one option and start the onboarding.

ℹ️ Note on processing times at Nayax/SenVend:
Applicants holding a Russian, Ukrainian or Belarusian passport are currently experiencing longer processing times during verification/compliance checks. Please allow extra time from the start in this case.

Option A

SenVend Telemetry & Management

Registration for the SenVend management portal (administration, stock levels, reporting).

Have ready for registration:

Company details (incl. VAT ID & creditor ID)
Proof of business registration
ID of the authorised signatory

Once your registration is complete, SenVend will contact you directly with the next steps.

Option B

Nayax Telemetry & Payment

Activates the Nayax payment terminal and Nayax telemetry (sales data, stock levels, cashless). Onboarding is fully digital via the Nayax self-onboarding portal.

Have ready for registration:

Nayax serial number of your device (for verification)
Company details & bank account for payouts
Proof of business registration
ID of the authorised signatory

How onboarding works:

Create your account in the Nayax portal
Sign the contracts digitally – you can check your contract status in the portal at any time
Activate your device yourself (MDB, MDB Always Idle or Pulse)
Set up your user – done

Already a Nayax customer? Use the same link to activate additional devices – simply identify yourself with the e-mail address and phone number on file. Nayax technical support is happy to help with activation.
