Cash is increasingly being replaced by contactless/digital payment methods, which is why the Nayax VPOS Touch supports all common payment methods. Supported are

Can I also retrofit the Nayax module?

Yes, in principle this is possible. However, we would strongly advise you to add the module directly to your order. On the one hand, the module will then be much cheaper than on the aftermarket and on the other hand, you will save yourself the effort of installing the module, which should not be underestimated.

Are cash transactions also recorded?

Yes, the Nayax VPOS Touch also records cash transactions, i.e. purchases at your ATM that have been paid for with cash.

What data can be monitored using telemetry?

All sales data - i.e. sales figures including the payment method used. You even have the option of automatically receiving a daily sales overview by e-mail. Even more convenience is hardly possible. At the same time, you can also adjust data such as product prices.

Which connection technologies are used?

The telemetry system from Nayax uses GSM, GPRS, CDMA, Ethernet and Wi-Fi for communication.

Which protocols are used for telemetry?

The following protocols are used: MDB, Pulse, VCCS, ccTalk, DEX, DDCMP and Rs232.

How is a continuous connection guaranteed?

The Nayax module is programmed so that it always selects the best-performing connection technology. If, for example, the Wi-Fi connection is very poor or even fails completely, the mobile network is automatically selected for mobile data.

Is it possible to enter the telemetry data into an existing backend?

The Nayax software, which is used for telemetry, also allows you to enter the data into your existing backend. Data from your backend can also be entered into the Nayax telemetry software.

What are the transaction costs when using the Nayax module?

The transaction costs on all cashless payments are 2.5% plus monthly fees of €14 including SIM costs
